Fantasy Impact:
Fulmer struggled mightily in the shortened 2020 season. He registered a 8.78 ERA, 1.32 WHIP, and 20:12 K/BB ratio over 27 2/3 innings (10 starts). Fulmer's numbers have steadily declined since his rookie season back in 2016 but the Tigers figured it was worth keeping him around at such a bargain.
