Dane Dunning revealed that he had a COVID-19 diagnosis back in December, according to Rangers beat writer Evan Grant. (Evan Grant on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Dunning's symptoms were a "lost sense of smell and taste, fever, etc" according to Grant, who also mentioned that the recently acquired pitcher "has had no lingering effects." It's great news that Dunning is feeling healthy now and is ready to roll for spring training. He came over from the White Sox in the offseason as part of the Lance Lynn deal and should open the season in the Rangers' rotation.
