Jon Gray picks up second win of season

by Andersen Pickard | Rockies Correspondent | Wed, Apr 21st 11:52am EDT

Starter Jon Gray notched his second win of the season on Tuesday as the Rockies defeated the Astros, 6-2. The right-hander went 6.2 innings, allowing just one run on three hits. He also walked four batters and struck out six.

Fantasy Impact:

Gray, 29, now owns a 2.42 ERA through four starts (22.1 innings) this year. The former No. 3 overall pick has three one-run outings (in addition to a three-run affair) this season, putting his solid pitching skills on display. He's added 21 strikeouts and 11 walks along the way. He's still not fantasy relevant at this point.
