Chris Taylor reaches three times on Wednesday

by Jon Mathisen | Dodgers Correspondent | Thu, Apr 29th 9:16am EDT

Second baseman Chris Taylor went 1-for-2 with an RBI triple, two runs scored, and two walks in the Dodgers' 8-0 win over the Reds on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Taylor tacked on an insurance run for the Dodgers in the bottom of the eighth inning when he swatted an RBI triple off Sal Romano to score Justin Turner. He also drew a pair of walks and scored twice on the day. Taylor started at second base on Wednesday with Gavin Lux shifting to shortstop as Corey Seager got the day off. His defensive versatility should keep him in the lineup almost every day moving forward. The 30-year-old is slashing .264/.398/.542 with four home runs, 13 RBI, and two stolen bases across 72 at-bats.
