Rangers catcher Jose Trevino went 0-for-4 with a strikeout in Monday's narrow loss to the Twins. He struck out once and stranded two runners in the effort.

Trevino is now slashing .247/.272/.312 with just three walks and 19 strikeouts this season. The 28-year-old opened the season on a tear, hitting .341 over the first 11 games, but he has gone just 4-for-33 since then. He ranks 48th among catchers in the latest rest-of-season expert consensus rankings.
