Harvey (oblique) is throwing and scheduled to throw simulated games within a few days. He was placed on the 60-day injured list with a strained left oblique in March. Barring a setback, Harvey is on track to return by the end of May. The 26-year-old will most likely be used in high-leverage situations once activated from the injured list.
