Aaron Civale leaves Monday's game with apparent finger injury

Aaron Civale was removed from his start on Monday against the Cubs in the fifth inning with an apparent finger injury, (P.J. Ziegler on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Trainers came out to look at his middle finger and, after a long meeting, Civale was eventually removed. It's unclear whether it was a blister or some sort of other injury, but the Indians should provide more detail after the game.
