Tyler Mahle earns eighth win Wednesday

Tyler Mahle (8-3) picked up the win Wednesday against the Cubs. He tossed six scoreless innings while allowing five hits and one walk. He struck out two.
Fantasy Impact:
Mahle picked up his first win since June 16 by keeping the Cubs off the board. However, he did so with a season-low two strikeouts. He pitched deep into counts and needed 103 pitches to get through six. He now has six quality starts this season and a 3.71 ERA in 111.2 innings. He lines up to face the Twins next week.
