RHP Humberto Castellanos earned the win on Wednesday when he surrendered one run on three hits with two walks and a strikeout over 5 1/3 innings in the D-Backs' 4-2 win over the Phillies.
Fantasy Impact:
Castellanos got the start on Wednesday and pitched well despite only striking out one batter. The Phillies scored a run on a passed ball in the first inning but that would be the only run they got off Castellanos. The 23-year-old now owns a 2.14 ERA, 1.14 WHIP, and 13:9 K/BB ratio over 21 innings (nine games, two starts). He pitched well enough to earn himself another start with this performance. He'll get the Pirates on the road if he gets the chance.
