Jackson Kowar allowed two runs on four hits and three walk while striking out six across six innings Thursday, as the Royals suffered an extra-inning loss to Cleveland.
Fantasy Impact:
Kowar (0-2) was recalled from Triple-A Omaha after being sent down following a couple tough appearances in June. A fifth inning unfortunate bounce and a seventh inning home run were the only trouble spots for Kowar. The 2018 first-round pick was 9-4 with a 3.46 ERA in Triple-A this season.
