Albert Pujols homers against former team

First baseman Albert Pujols went 1-for-4 with a solo home run as the Dodgers defeated the Cardinals 7-2 on Tuesday.

Pujols put the Dodgers on the board with a solo home run in the top of the first inning for his only hit of the ball game. The veteran slugger has now homered twice over the last seven games and has his season batting line up to .239/.285/.451 with 17 home runs, 49 RBI, and two stolen bases over 255 at-bats between the Angels and the Dodgers.
