Luis Castillo (8-16) took the loss Thursday against the Nationals, allowing two runs on three hits across six innings. He walked three and struck out six.
Fantasy Impact:
Castillo leads the MLB with 16 losses, though this one was not ugly in the slightest. He was cruising until the sixth, when he allowed a solo home run to Juan Soto. Castillo was surprisingly outdueled by Patrick Corbin on the other side. Castillo has a 4.05 ERA and 1.35 WHIP across 182.1 innings this season with 187 strikeouts.
