Rafael Devers: Red Sox have no concerns despite elbow inflammation

Red Sox chief baseball officer Chaim Bloom said there were no significant concerns about Rafael Devers' right elbow inflammation after he was sent for imaging and that rest should address the injury. (Alex Speier on Twitter)

It was announced a few days ago that Devers had played through right elbow inflammation during Boston's postseason run. He enjoyed a big postseason after a solid regular season and should remain near the top of his position heading into next season.
