Alex Kirilloff goes hitless in pinch-hit effort

Twins outfielder Alex Kirilloff, who came off the bench as a pinch-hitter during Tuesday's game against the Dodgers, went 0-for-2 when things were said and done. Minnesota fell to Los Angeles, 7-2.
Fantasy Impact:
Kirilloff slashed .251/.299/.423 as a rookie in 2021 but has gone just 1-for-17 this season. Injuries held him out of action for parts of last season and Spring Training, so perhaps he's still just getting acclimated. The 24-year-old and former first-round pick is rostered in more than half of all fantasy baseball leagues.
