Fantasy Impact:
Joey Gallo will receive the day off for rest on Thursday after going 0-for-13 in the first three games of the series. Gallo only reached base once on a walk and struck out eight times against Baltimore pitching this week. Gallo's average sits at .176 which isn't really news for him, but his only having five homers and just seven RBIs in mid-May is concerning for fantasy managers who knew what they were getting into with average and strikeouts. The day off may do Gallo good.
