Shohei Ohtani struck out a career-high 13 batters in Wednesday's 5-0 win over the Royals. He also went 1-for-3 with two walks at the plate.
Fantasy Impact:
Ohtani was utterly dominant Wednesday night, firing eight frames of shutout ball. The reigning MVP tossed 71 of his 108 pitches for strikes and had everything working, as he allowed just two hits and a walk. Ohtani improved to 6-4 with a 2.90 ERA. He'll look to keep it going next time out against the White Sox.
