Trea Turner hits solo homer in Dodgers win Friday night

by Josh Thiessen | Phillies Correspondent | Sat, Jun 25th 11:37am EDT

Trea Turner went 3-for-5 at the plate on Friday, hitting two singles and a solo home run, and striking out once as the Dodgers cruised past the Braves 4-1.

Fantasy Impact:

Turner's homer on Friday was his 10th of the season as he remains the best shortstop in the league. The Dodgers shortstop is slashing a rather elite .318/.365/.500 and should be set and forget in all lineups. The 28 year old is a RBI machine with 52 which ranks seventh in the league, he has an above league average WAR of 3.0 which is good for second on his team.
