Ross Stripling pitched 4 2/3 innings, allowing four runs (three earned) on seven hits and a walk while striking out three during Toronto's loss to Tampa Bay on Sunday.
Fantasy Impact:
This was the most runs Stripling has allowed since May 7, which speaks to how well he has played, filling in as a starter for the Blue Jays. He hasn't been pitching deep into games, reaching six innings only twice this season but is providing solid peripheral statistics for fantasy managers. On the season he is now 4-3 with a 3.32 ERA and 1.12 WHIP with 49 strikeouts over 11 starts.
