Tyler Mahle exits start early Wednesday

Tyler Mahle exited Wednesday's start midway through the 3rd inning. His velocity was down significantly leading up to his removal. (Aaron Gleeman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is obviously bad news for the 27-year-old. While his velocity was down, he had not given up a hit through 2.1 innings. More information should be coming soon, but it's possible that Mahle will miss at least some time.
