Fantasy Impact:
Brown has been impressive in Triple-A this season, posting a 2.55 ERA in 106 innings. He has struck out 134 batters and displays an impressive arsenal of pitches, including a fastball that sits in the upper 90s. Brown could get some spot starts or work out of the bullpen this year for the Astros but does have long-term appeal.
