Jesus Tinoco to start Game 2 Tuesday night

Fantasy Impact:
A reliever, Tinoco's start shouldn't last more than a couple of innings. His lone start of the season came Sept. 27 when he pitched two innings against the Mariners in Seattle. Tinoco has been excellent for the Rangers this season, turning in a sterling 1.83 ERA across 16 appearances spanning 19 2/3 innings.
