Colby Rasmus kept off base in Wednesday loss

by James Ignatius Zeankowski | Thu, Jul 9th 6:18am EDT

For the second game in a row, Colby Rasmus could not get a hit during Wednesday evening's 4-2 loss to the Cleveland Indians. He went 0-for-4 with a pair of fly outs, a ground out, and a strikeout all collectively throughout the game. His average has taken a bit of a stumble, down now to .242 on the season.

Fantasy Impact:

It's no secret that Rasmus is another player in the everyday lineup struggling. The veteran outfielder should, however, be able to return to form in no time. But in this current dry spell, Rasmus may also need a temporary sit down on fantasy rosters everywhere.
