Detroit Tigers Opening Day starting pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez took the loss Thursday versus the Tampa Bay Rays.
Fantasy Impact:
Rodriguez surrendered three earned runs on three hits -- including a solo home run -- with two walks alongside five strikeouts on Thursday. The left-hander actually pitched quite well until running into trouble in the sixth when he allowed a walk and a single before departing the contest while reliever Jason Foley was on the mound when the inherited runners scored. E-rod also received zero runs of support in the eventual 4-0 loss.
