Seth Lugo's latest outing against the Houston Astros was a mixed bag that fantasy managers will scrutinize, despite the Kansas City Royals cruising to an 11-2 victory.

Lugo tossed six innings, allowing seven hits and two walks while only managing to strike out two batters. Sure, he secured the win, moving to an impressive 3-0 on the season, but his performance did little to alleviate concerns over his declining strikeout rate, now languishing at 4.3 K/9. With a sparkling 1.45 ERA and a decent 1.18 WHIP, Lugo's surface stats remain attractive, but the low strikeout numbers are a red flag in fantasy formats that heavily weigh strikeouts.
