Jason Adam could be in line for increased save opportunities with Pete Fairbanks being placed on the IL. (Rays PR on Twitter )

Adam has 20 career saves, all recorded during the 2022 and 2023 seasons. With Fairbanks sidelined with a nerve issue, Adam could get the first shot at closing games for the Rays.
