Jack Leiter had another tough outing, allowing four earned runs on seven hits while striking out three over four innings in the Rangers' 12-11 victory over the Athletics.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite the team's win, Leiter's personal performance was less than stellar, failing to provide much in terms of innings or run prevention. His season ERA now balloons to an alarming 12.91, coupled with a WHIP of 2.35, which are concerning numbers for fantasy managers. The high BABIP (.419) might suggest some bad luck, but the consistent lack of control and dominance are red flags. Fantasy managers should be cautious with Leiter, as his current form does not inspire confidence for future starts.
