Garrett Whitlock (elbow) expected to undergo bracing procedure

Fantasy Impact:
This will end his season, but it is a positive report that he doesn't need to undergo Tommy John surgery. According to Browne, Whitlock had an extremely positive attitude and added he is resilient like the city he pitches in. He will look to make a full recovery for next season.
