Brett Anderson "tweaked" lower back

LHP pitcher Brett Anderson "tweaked" his lower back during a bullpen session. He was sent for tests. (Ken Gurnick on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Anderson pitched a career high 180 innings in 2015 and is slated to be No. 3 or No. 4 in the Dodgers starting rotation. Considering his extensive injury history that included back surgery in 2014, this is a disconcerting development, especially with the news that Hyun-Jin Ryu will not be ready for Opening Day. Alex Wood, Joe Blanton or one of the kids in the minors could fill in. Keep an eye on Jose De Leon.
