Felix Hernadez up and down in 2016

Felix Hernadez has a sterling 2.21 ERA in 2016, but also has walked 18 batters in 36 2/3 innings and allowed four earned runs in four innings against the Athletics on May 4. Hernandez has not had more than five strikeouts in a game since April 10 and has walked two or more batters in five of his six starts this season. He will face the Rays tomorrow in Seattle.
Fantasy Impact:
Hernadez has decent 1.25 WHIP, but has a weak 2-2 record because of a relatively weak 1.61 K:BB and his 18 walks are fifth in the American League. He is still a SP1, but his form has fallen off a bit and fantasy owners need to see him put together a couple good starts. In 83 at-bats against Hernandez, Rays batters only have a .169 batting average and 33 strike outs in 83 at-bats.
