Kendrys Morales went 3-for-3 with a walk, double, home run, and the lone RBI in the Royals' 2-1 loss on Sunday. Morales has a .234 batting average, seven extra-base hits, eight runs scored, and 10 RBI in July. He has a .775 OPS this season.
Fantasy Impact:
Morales seems to be getting in the swing of things in the second half, as he went without an extra-base hit in seven straight games before posting a double on Saturday and two extra-base hits on Sunday. While his .257 batting average and 38 runs scored are below par, his 16 home runs and 49 RBI make him a good secondary option as a utility player in deeper leagues.
