Tyler Thornburg earns a win in relief on Tuesday evening

Tyler Thornburg earned his fourth win of the season in a relief appearance on Tuesday evening against the Diamondbacks. He allowed two hits and a walk while striking out three batters in an inning and a third of work.
Fantasy Impact:
Thornburg was credited for a blown save in this one, but it came from previous reliever Will Smith allowing two baserunners earlier in the inning. Thornburg escaped the top of the seventh inning by holding Arizona to a tie, and proceeded to strike out three batters in the top of the eighth before the Brewers hung five runs on the Diamondbacks in the bottom of the eighth. Thornburg has been outstanding for the Brewers this season. He has a 57/14 K/BB rate over 40.2 innings of work to go along with a 0.98 WHIP and a 2.21 ERA.
