Matt Moore rumored to be heading to San Francisco

The Giants according to Joel Sherman have acquired lefty Matt Moore from the Tampa Bay Rays. Details are not final, but 1B prospect Chris Shaw and financial considerations are part of the deal that the Giants are offering. (Joel Sherman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Moore has been pitching better as of late after a rough June. He'll pitch behind a much higher powered offense if the deal goes through giving him better chances at earning wins for the remainder of 2016.
