Anquan Boldin undecided on NFL future

Detroit Lions beat writer Tim Twentyman reports wide receiver Anquan Boldin "still hasn't decided" if he will play next season. However, if he does play in 2017, he is "open to returning to the Lions." (Tim Twentyman on Twitter)

Boldin, 36, is undecided on his NFL playing future. However, the 14-year veteran told the media he is "open" to re-signing with the Lions if he decides to return for a 15th season. Boldin proved to be effective despite his age in 2016, his first season in Detroit. Playing all 16 games, he caught 67 targets for 584 yards receiving and eight touchdowns. He showed no signs of slowing down. Boldin will have a decent market this offseason even if the Lions opt to move on from him -- if he doesn't retire that is.
