Theo Riddick expected to be limited at OTAs

by Anthony Cervino | Mon, May 29th 9:16am EDT

ESPN's Michael Rothstein doesn't expect Detroit Lions running back Theo Riddick (wrist) "to do much" at OTAs. (ESPN)

Fantasy Impact:

Riddick is recovering from offseason wrist surgery (on both wrists) and is expected to be limited at OTAs -- the Lions have a history of "slowly bringing back established players" from injury, per Rothstein. If Riddick is good to go by August, the team will have "no reason to be concerned" about his health moving forward. The 26-year-old running back is currently slated to enter the 2017 season as Detriot's primary receiver out of the backfield behind presumed starter Ameer Abdullah.
