Green active in week 3

Green was spotted running routes on the sideline before the game. He will be active. (Coley Harvey on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Green is certainly a risky play this week. Since the Bengals have playoff aspirations and a bye next week, they had every reason to give him two weeks of rest if they were unsure of his ability to go. If you have another top-15 WR to put in his place, that may be a bit safer, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend benching him for a WR3/WR4.
