ESPN's Field Yates is reporting Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston (shoulder) is officially active for Week 7. (Field Yates on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Winston will play in Sunday's tough matchup in Buffalo despite his lingering shoulder injury. He has high-end QB2 upside at best in Week 7.
