Damien Williams RULED OUT Week 15

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting Miami Dolphins RB Damien Williams (shoulder) is officially ruled out for Week 15. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Dealing with a shoulder injury, Williams will draw an inactive designation his third consecutive game. In fact, he didn't make the trip to Buffalo. A red-hot Kenyan Drake should be employed in all fantasy formats as he holds RB1 upside for Week 15.
