Lamar Miller is day to day with injury

Lamar Miller separated his shoulder in Sunday's game against the Chargers. He is listed as day to day. Miller has 518 yards on 106 carries (4.9 avg) this season. (Miami Herald)
Fantasy Impact:
Obviously this is a situation to monitor. The Dolphins face the stout run defense of the Lions this weekend, so Miller would be a tough start even with a good shoulder. Daniel Thomas or Damien Williams would replace MIller if he can't play.
