Allen Hurns to be released by Jaguars

Fantasy Impact:
The move isn't particularly surprising given Hurns's contract, the Jaguars' depth at wide receiver, and their signing of Donte Moncrief. Hurns should have a strong market given the need at wide receiver for several teams, but his fantasy value will be entirely dependent on where he lands.
