D.J. Moore with another underwhelming outing in Week 3

Panthers WR D.J. Moore 1-of-2 targets for three yards in Sunday's Week 3 win over the Bengals.
Fantasy Impact:
Although Moore recorded a touchdown last week, he accomplished that feat on minimal targets and receptions. In fact, that has been the story of Moore's young career. In three games, he has a 2-54-1 stat line with another 10 yards on two carries. Perhaps the Panthers will install more work for Moore during their Week 4 bye with the hopes of greater utilization versus the Giants in Week 5. Even so, until we see it, we can't trust him as a reliable fantasy asset.
