Andrew Luck's velocity not a concern of Colts

The Colts are not concerned about Andrew Luck's velocity, as head coach Frank Reich told reporters that he's seen Luck "make all the throws." (ESPN.com)
Fantasy Impact:
These questions came when the Colts used Jacoby Brissett to throw the final pass of the game against the Eagles, a hail mary into the end zone. It doesn't seem like this is a huge factor beyond what's already been made clear based on Luck's play so far. Luck has been dinking and dunking to start the year, indicating his arm may not be all the way back. Until he starts letting it loose he won't carry the same ceiling he did prior to his injury. This also limits the upside to his favorite target, T.Y. Hilton.
