ESPN's Field Yates is reporting Panthers WR Torrey Smith (knee) is officially active for Week 12. (Field Yates on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Smith is up for the first time since suffering a knee injury back in Week 7. However, even with Devin Funchess out, Smith is not a recommended fantasy option for Week 12.
