John Brown to sign with Bills

John Brown and the Bills have reached an agreement on a three-year, $27 million contract. (Adam Caplan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Brown lands in Buffalo after spending seasons in Arizona and Baltimore. He showed promise in 2018 with the Ravens prior to Lamar Jackson taking over at QB and the focus shifting to the run. He's shown flashes in the NFL, and he could certainly be a high-ceiling, low-floor option in 2019 paired with Josh Allen. However, he'll be competing for targets with the newly signed Cole Beasley along with the returning Robert Foster.
