Fantasy Impact:
The Redskins were initially the top option in the Rosen sweepstakes before they signed Case Keenum. Washington is planning to be without Alex Smith this year and it's fair to wonder how effective Smith will be when (if) he returns in 2020. It makes sense why they have interest in Rosen. The Giants, Chargers, and Patriots are other teams who have been rumored as having interest.
