Cairo Santos being signed by the Titans after Ryan Succop is placed on IR

In a surprise move, the Titans are placing kicker Ryan Succop on IR and signing former Bucs kicker Cairo Santos. Former Bears kicker Cody Parkey also tried out for the team this week. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
There are plenty of kickers to stream on the waiver wire, including Santos. There's not a lot of fantasy impact here.
