Preston Williams targeted 12 times in loss

Preston Williams caught four of his 12 targets for 68 yards in the Dolphins' Week 3 loss to the Cowboys.
Fantasy Impact:
Williams has quickly climbed the depth chart and has now been a primary option in consecutive weeks, both with Ryan Fitzpatrick and now Josh Rosen under center. Williams will be inefficient with his targets and will not score many times in all likelihood, but could certainly be used as a WR3/Flex in a pinch. Next week could include coverage by Casey Hayward, which would be bad news.
