Mason Rudolph took a huge helmet-to-helmet hit from Earl Thomas. He was helped off of the field and will likely not return. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rudolph is unlikely to return to Week 5 after a huge blow to the head. Fantasy owners will hope for good news out of Pittsburgh early into Week 6.
