Chris Herndon active for Week 10

Fantasy Impact:
Herndon was active last week but only because of roster issues, and he hasn't played yet this season. Even in a good matchup, he's too risky to trust because it's unclear how much he'll play. But if he does play significant snaps and succeeds, he'll be a prime addition next week in fantasy leagues.
