Teddy Bridgewater: Saints expect QB to return in 2020

The Saints have said that Teddy Bridgewater is expected to return to them despite being an unrestricted free agent. (ESPN)

Of course, the team will hope to have one of the best backup QBs back next year given the age of starter Drew Brees. The Saints feel that Bridgewater will only leave if he's presented an opportunity to start with a good team. Bridgewater is an interesting player to stash in dynasty leagues, especially 2QB leagues, given his success in Brees' absence in 2019 and his potential to take over the reigns of the Saints, or another team, in the future.
