Fantasy Impact:
Fells will earn $4 million in 2020 and the deal will keep him in Houston for the next couple of years. The 34-year old tight end emerged as Deshaun Watson’s top red zone target and set career-highs in receptions (34), yards (341) and touchdowns (7) across 16 games in 2019. Fells is a borderline tight end two and is mainly option in deep-league formats.
